A small Iowa community where people care about people is where you will find Hovenden Memorial Good Samaritan Center in Laurens, Iowa. It is a community of about 1,500 people who are progressive for the future and yet have a respect for their past. For 48 years, the Good Samaritan Center has provided service to residents and offered employment for many we call family.
Our beautiful, modern facility can provide a home-like atmosphere for 42 nursing residents and nine residential residents. We accept private pay, Medicare and Medicaid approved payment as well as private insurance providers.
